How soon do your cookies ship out?
We bake every order fresh, just for you. This means your cookies will be baked and shipped every Monday. Once your order leaves it will take an additional 1-3 business days to deliver to your door.
Can I hold or schedule my order?
We aren’t able to hold or schedule an order for a particular day/time. All orders are shipped within 2 business days. From there, it depends on your postcode as to when your order will arrive. Unfortunately we can not provide an exact delivery date/time, these are guidelines only.
Can I change my order?
Well, it depends! As we fulfil orders as quickly as possible, we cannot always offer changes to your order. If your order has already been printed for shipping and fulfilment, we can not make any changes to your order.
How should I store my cookies?
We recommend storing your cookies at room temperature in a cool, dark place. The best before date will be on your package, as well as cookie care instructions inside the box.
I have a nut allergy, can I still eat your cookies?
We bake all of our cookies in an open kitchen where wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts are all present. While we do our best to prevent cross contamination, we cannot completely eliminate the risk. If you have a severe allergy we recommend consulting a medical professional before consuming our products.
What is the shelf life of the cookies?
Two weeks – they’re baked fresh with no preservatives. If you think it’ll take longer than 2 weeks to consume, we recommend sticking them in the freezer as soon as you receive them. Freezing can keep them fresh for up to one month!
How do I cancel an order?
As long as your order has not shipped yet, shoot us an email with your order number and request to cancel, and we will help.
Can I change the shipping address?
If your order has not shipped, please send us an email and we’ll be able to make the change for you.
What’s your return/exchange/refund policy?
We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality and freshest products possible. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. We are however committed to addressing any valid concerns regarding the quality, damage, or errors related to your order.
